As we specialize in food items and gift products that are prepared and delivered specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

In rare situations where an issue occurs as a direct result of a preparation or handling error on our side, the matter may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos or evidence.
